Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In case of an emergency, you may reschedule your order date, subject to slot availability.
• If you change your order from delivery to self-pickup, the delivery fee will be refunded.
• For any changes, please WhatsApp us with your Confirmation ID and full name.
• In the event of a duplicate order or overpayment, please contact us for a refund.

• 如发生任何取消情况，款项恕不退还。如遇紧急情况，可更改订单日期，以我们的空档为准。
• 如将外送更改为自取，运费可退还。
• 如有任何更改，请 WhatsApp 我们（注明确认单号及订购人全名）。
• 如发生重复订单或超额付款，可联系我们办理退款。

Delivery Policy

Delivery

• We deliver by car via Lalamove / Grab. Delivery fees are shown on our website at checkout.
• Delivery hours are 10am – 5pm. You may select your preferred delivery time at checkout, or state it (between 10am and 5pm) in the remarks column when placing your order.
• Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the tart box on the order date.

Self-Pickup

• Pickup hours are 10am – 6pm. You may collect your tart box at any time within this window.
• You may arrange your own driver, but a car must be used. Tarts may be damaged if transported by motorcycle.
• If your journey is longer than 1 hour, please bring an ice box or cooler bag with ice packs, as the tarts need to be kept cold.

Changes

• Any changes must be made at least 2 days in advance. Please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp with your Confirmation ID and full name.
