Refund Policy



  1. If any cancellation occurs, the price is non-refundable. You may reschedule your order date if any emergency, final decision must depend on our slot availability.
  2. If wish to change from delivery to self-collection, delivery fee is Refundable.
  3. Any changes occur, kindly Whatsapp us (Please mention your Confirmation ID and Full Name).
  4. In the event of a duplicate order or overpaid you can contact for a refund .



  1. 如果发生任何取消的情况，价格将不予退还。可选择更改订单日期，以我们的日期空档作准。
  2. 如临时更改外送至自取，运费是可退还的。
  3. 如有任何更改，请Whatsapp我们（注明确认单号和订购名）。
  4. 如发生重复订单或超额支付可联系进行退款。



Delivery Policy

  1. We are using Lalamove / Grab and deliver by CAR, the pricing is followed as website shown when check out.
  2. Delivery - Our delivery time will be 10am - 5pm. You may choose your preferred delivery time on our website when checkout your order. Or you may mention your preferred time (10am til 5pm) on the REMARK COLUMN when you place order.
  3. Delivery - Kindly ensure your recipient is available to receive the tart box on your order date. 
  4. Self pick up - Time from 10am til 6pm. You can come over to collect your tart box anytime within this time frame. 
  5. Self pick up - You may self-arrange driver, kindly alert that tarts will spoiled during journey if using MOTOR. MUST USE CAR ONLY TO DELIVER!
  6. Self pick up - Kindly standby ice box & ice bag if travel along more than 1 hour as the tarts need to keep fresh in cold condition.
  7. Any changes occur, must inform at least 2 days in advance. Kindly contact us thru IG / Whatsapp (Please mention your Confirmation ID and Full Name).
