Q: How long the tarts can be kept？

A: Our tart box can be refrigerated for 2 days. Best consumed chilled by the day received.

Q: How long it takes to get my orders？

A: All our tart boxes are in Pre-order basis. Please check the latest available date on our order page.

Q: Can I customize my tart boxes？

A: So sorry that we do not have customize services.

Q: How can I contact if I would like to make any changes for my order？

A: You may contact us through Instagram to get response more promptly. Must inform us at least 2 days before.

Q: Do you provide any cross-state delivery service？

A: Sorry to inform that we only provide delivery service within KL / Selangor area.

Q: How I know that my order is being confirmed ?

A: After you upload your payment slip, we will check payment and confirm your order MANUALLY.

Please be patience because it takes time for us to check payment and confirm your order.

Eventually, you will receive an confirmation email once order is confirmed.

Q: Can I have a refund if any cancellation occurs?

A: All payment made is non-refundable. You may choose to postpone your order. (Based on slot availability).

Q: Are your mini tarts vegan?

A: Our mini tarts contain eggs, gelatine and whipping cream that contain animal fats.

Q: Are your mini tarts Muslim-friendly?

A: We do not have Halal certificate but our mini tarts do not contain any alcohol and lard.
