Q: How long can the tarts be kept?

A: Our tarts can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them chilled on the day you receive them.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: All our tart boxes are made on a pre-order basis. Please check the latest available dates on our order page.

Q: Can I customise my tart box?

A: Yes, we do! Customisation is available with an additional charge. Please contact us for details.

Q: How can I contact you if I'd like to make changes to my order?

A: Please contact us via Instagram for a faster response. Any changes must be made at least 2 days before your delivery or pickup date.

Q: Do you deliver to other states?

A: Sorry, we currently deliver within the Klang Valley (KL & Selangor) only.

Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?

A: Once you upload your payment slip, we will verify your payment and confirm your order manually. This may take some time, so we appreciate your patience. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.

Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

A: All payments are non-refundable. However, you may choose to postpone your order, subject to slot availability.

Q: Are your mini tarts vegan?

A: No, our mini tarts contain eggs, gelatine and dairy (including whipping cream), so they are not suitable for vegans.

Q: Are your mini tarts Muslim-friendly?

A: We do not have Halal certification. However, our mini tarts do not contain alcohol or lard.
